We stock a wide range of original, handmade British contemporary crafts carefully sourcing our collection from smaller manufacturers and emerging designers.

We stock an unbeatable range of British Printmaker and artist designed led greeting cards.

About The Down To Earth Gallery

The Down To Earth Gallery is situated in the historic market town of Whitchurch in the county of Shropshire one of the few remaining rural idylls.

The Down To Earth Gallery was established in May 2008 by husband and wife team Bridget and Phil Rogers - not only to showcase the work of Phil who designs and makes bespoke metalwork but also that of over 100 talented British designers and makers, local and national.

The gallery is also the sole Shropshire stockist of stunning glass by Ed and Margaret Burke

The gallery now has three rooms full of handmade inspirational British designer made arts and crafts and is home to an unrivalled collection of very special work all made with heart and soul by handpicked British Designers and Craftspeople.

Down To Earth are members of Made in Shropshire and Women in Rural Enterprises and we also support and feature many local craftspeople.

The Down To Earth Gallery is nestled in the Craft Centre Courtyard next to the Whitchurch Heritage Centre.
