Orders are normally despatched within twenty four hours of receipt of the order. Please allow up to five working days for delivery.

We do not dispatch on Sundays

For express or next-day delivery please contact us for delivery charges.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you.

In the event a particular item is out of stock we will advise you accordingly and provide you with an estimated delivery date.

Please ensure that we are given a full and correct address with postcode. We regret we are unable to deliver to a PO Box Number. Please be clear with regard to your address, as additional charges for redelivery will be incurred by yourself.

For deliveries to Southern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man please contact us for delivery charges and availability.

For overseas delivery please contact us for a quotation for overseas delivery and handling charges. Some overseas orders may be subject to local import duties and we will not be liable for these payments.

All postage costs are the purchasers for both sending and returning.

Once we despatch the goods we cannot be liable for any delay by post and to this extent we will not enter into any compensation agreement due to the late delivery of any item.

From personal experience we know the anticipation you have once you have placed your order. It’s our aim to ship as quickly as possible, even within the same day. But please allow up to 7 business days for delivery. However some items may be out of stock or special order. In this instance it may take up to 28 days to deliver your goods. Also during peak times delivery may take a little longer.

Special handmade items are made to order and may take up to 4 weeks. If you have a latest delivery date in mind, please contact us in order to avoid disappointment.

Once your items are on their way to you, we will drop you a line to let you know, so you can keep an eye out for the postman.

Returns & Replacements

Items can only be exchanged or refunded, in their original condition, within 7 days from delivery. Please repack the items in the original packaging. Please note, post and packaging costs are non-refundable and at your expense. We regret that we cannot exchange earrings. In the event of the item being faulty, we will cover all costs for postage and either refund or exchange the goods. Please allow 7 days for your return or exchange to be processed.
