Su Blackwell

Sculptor-in-paper, Su Blackwell carves out mesmerizing wonderlands from the pages of antique books, so that fairy-tale castles and moonlit dancers seem to emerge from the very texts and words that describe them.
Su Blackwell often works within the realm of folklore and fairytales, and Remnants will respond to Wuthering Heights as well as the themes of childhood, imagination and storytelling. The series of delicate interventions will suggest the Brontės imaginary worlds and hint at a spirit world still present.
